This project involved a private residential development in the rapidly growing urban layout of Asaba, Delta State. The client required a comprehensive, ground-up plumbing infrastructure built from scratch to support a modern family home, ensuring long-term durability and zero maintenance headaches.

The Problem

Building a new residence requires a perfectly mapped-out water and drainage system before any finishing work begins. Poorly planned initial plumbing is the leading cause of future wall dampness, weak shower pressure, and sewage blockages—issues that are incredibly costly to fix once a home is fully tiled and occupied.
