Located in the serene residential community of Aviara, Oleh in Delta State, this project required a complete, ground-up plumbing infrastructure for a newly constructed private residence. The client expected a durable, maintenance-free system that brings modern luxury and reliable utility to the home.

The Problem

Building in newly developing or rural-urban transition areas often means designing systems that must be entirely self-reliant for optimal pressure and efficient waste management. The challenge was to map out a precise water distribution and drainage network that works perfectly with the property’s bespoke architectural layout, ensuring zero dampness or pressure loss over the long term.
