The client required an infrastructure that matched the opulence of the property—meaning flawless execution, premium imported materials, and absolute reliability.

The Problem

The architectural design demanded the flawless integration of highly sensitive, imported sanitary fixtures and a complex, high-capacity water supply network. Everything had to remain completely invisible while maintaining optimal, uniform water pressure across multiple levels of the residence. Additionally, the reclaimed coastal soil conditions of Banana Island required highly specialized drainage considerations to prevent future settlement issues.

The Goal

Our objective was to deliver a world-class plumbing infrastructure that matched the architectural elegance of the property. We aimed to ensure absolute system reliability, perfectly balanced water pressure, and zero aesthetic disruption to the interior design.

Solution & Reasoning

We engineered a custom water reticulation system utilizing premium PPR (Polypropylene Random Copolymer) pipes. Why? PPR piping was specifically chosen for its superior longevity and heat resistance, allowing it to handle high pressure from centralized booster pumps without any risk of corrosion in the saline, coastal environment of Lagos.

The Process

Execution required mathematical precision. The installation involved meticulous wall-chasing to ensure pipes were seamlessly concealed. Before any masonry was closed, the entire supply network underwent rigorous, high-pressure integrity testing. The final phase involved the delicate, precise mounting and calibration of the high-end sanitary wares.

The project was delivered flawlessly and strictly on schedule. The entire infrastructure passed all high-pressure integrity tests with zero leaks. The imported sanitary fixtures operate perfectly, complementing the residence's opulent design while delivering powerful, consistent water pressure.
