This project involved upgrading an outdated residential bathroom in Ibadan, Oyo State. The homeowner sought a complete modernization of their existing facilities, requiring a transition from old, surface-mounted plumbing to a clean, contemporary aesthetic with premium, concealed fixtures.

The Problem

Older residential buildings frequently suffer from obsolete plumbing networks, resulting in poor water flow, calcification, and a high risk of hidden leaks behind walls. The primary challenge was carefully stripping out the degraded system and replacing it with high-grade, pressure-optimized piping without compromising the structural integrity of the surrounding rooms, before seamlessly installing the new sanitary wares.
