The Engineering Challenge

Executing a plumbing infrastructure for a 47-unit apartment complex requires exact mathematical precision. In Ado-Ekiti, the client's vision was a modern, luxury finish characterized by zero visible pipework. This required complex shaft routing and careful integration of central water heating systems to ensure identical, high-pressure water delivery to the top floors as well as the ground levels.

The Olaas Blueprint

Our engineering team developed a robust distribution network utilizing primary plumbing shafts. By integrating high-grade concealed cisterns (hidden water tanks) and conduit shower mixers early in the masonry phase, we established a seamless blueprint for the finishing team. The central water heating system was strategically calibrated to minimize heat loss across the extensive pipe network.

Project Scope

  • Installation of 47 luxury bathroom units.
  • Integration of concealed cisterns (hidden water tanks).
  • Precision conduit shower mixer installations.
  • Central water heating system deployment.
  • Vertical plumbing shaft connections.
  • Site-wide water distribution network layout.
  • Multi-stage testing and system commissioning.
